Bellavita Aesthetics / Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy
in Dartford
Micro-injections of a tailored active blend, mixed to suit what your skin analysis found rather than to a fixed recipe. One practitioner, one private treatment room, and a consultation first.
What it is
A blend built for your skin
Needle mesotherapy delivers tiny amounts of skin-supporting actives just beneath the surface, into the layer of skin called the mesoderm, through a series of fine micro-injections. It is used for skin quality: hydration, glow and a fresher look.
The blend is not a fixed recipe. It is chosen to suit what your skin analysis found, and Izabela will tell you exactly what is used and why before anything begins. If you are comparing options, skin boosters and polynucleotides are the other route on our menu for skin quality.
Who it suits
What mesotherapy can help with
Mesotherapy may suit you if you want to:
- Give dull or tired-looking skin a fresher appearance.
- Improve the look of dehydrated skin.
- Support skin quality and glow, rather than add volume.
- Refine the look of fine lines and uneven-looking tone.
It is not suitable for everyone. Pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin infection, allergies to any ingredient, blood-thinning medication and some medical conditions may mean treatment is unsuitable or needs to wait. Your consultation confirms suitability.

How many sessions
Usually planned as a course
Mesotherapy is usually planned as a course of sessions rather than a single treatment. The number of sessions and the spacing are set at your consultation, based on your skin and your goals, and maintenance afterwards is optional. Results vary between individuals.
Downtime & aftercare
Downtime and aftercare
Small bumps, redness and occasional pinpoint marks or bruising are typical and usually settle within a few days. You will be given written aftercare at your appointment. The essentials:
- Avoid make-up for 24 hours.
- Do not rub or massage the treated area.
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, swimming and the gym for 48 hours.
- Use SPF daily, and avoid sunbeds and deliberate sun exposure.
- Contact us straight away if you notice anything that concerns you.

Common questions
Before you book
How is mesotherapy different from skin boosters?
Both are micro-injection treatments for skin quality rather than volume. Mesotherapy uses a blend chosen for your skin at consultation; skin boosters and polynucleotides use a specific product. Your skin analysis will show which suits you better.
Does it hurt?
Most people feel a series of small scratches. Discomfort varies with the area treated, and Izabela will check in with you throughout.
Is there any downtime?
Small bumps, redness and occasional pinpoint marks are typical and usually settle within a few days, so avoid booking it right before an event.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually a course rather than a single session. The number and spacing are confirmed at your consultation.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. For injectable treatments it is not optional: assessing your skin and your medical history properly is part of doing the treatment well.
Where are you, and is there parking?
154 Colney Road, Dartford, DA1 1UH. There is free parking on the main road directly outside.
